Ascent to the Lehnberghaus

Today‘ s hiking starts directly at the hotel Bergland Obsteig. Your first destination is the restaurant Arzkasten. Via a broad forest road you reach the restaurant shortly after. From there onwards, you continue towards the mountain hut Lehnberghaus. First, you hike on a forest road that turns soon into a narrow path. Next to you runs the stream Sturlbach – listen to the rushing sound and enjoy the fresh scent of conifers. Slowly, the path becomes more steep and you leave the river banks behind you. After a very steep section you are welcomed by the banners of the Lehnberghaus. Relax on the beautiful terrace and let your gaze wander over the Mieminger mountains. Recharge your batteries and enjoy the traditional Tyrolean dishes on the menu card.
